This series contains material related to Col. Hamilton's extensive committee work within the city of Washington D.C. and include Board of Education meeting minutes and a series of letters focus on the restoration of Dunbar High School's swimming pool. There is also correspondence related to the Hamilton Printing Company. In particular there are a couple of letters referring to the liquidation of the business in the 1970s
