Bishop Woodrow Smith, Jr. is the Southern Regional Director of the Community Service Center for the Shrine of the Black Madonna in Atlanta, Georgia. He also Coordinates public relations for the church. Bishop Smith's religious background is in the Baptist Church. He received his ministerial training at Yale Divinity School. Bishop Smith works diligently with black youth, teaching them the philosophies of the Pan African Orthodox Christian Church such as self reliance and racial pride.
