Souder, an East-West Center participant, explains her academic focus of social change in developing areas, and her work with the museum management program and oral histories at the Cultural Learning Institute. She talks about her field study work at Anacostia Neighborhood Museum (ANM); and explains ANM as a "living, growing museum," ANM's work with the community, and ANM's oral history program.
