A group of museum professionals discuss how to best present their recommendation report to a group of trustees. The report includes recommending existing museums survey their home cities and metropolitan areas; verifying the need and the opportunity for the area; and moving to assist in the establishment and maintenance of a system of neighborhood museums and urban projects. HUD (Housing and Urban Development) requested the report, and recommendations needs to be made to AAM (American Association of Museums). John Kinard among the meeting participants.
