Biographical/Historical note: The city of Eustis is located in Lake County, Florida. Traditionally African-American neighborhoods in the city include Egypt and East Town. In 2009, the City of Eustis received a grant from the Florida Division of Historical Resources to complete a historical and architectural survey of the two neighborhoods.
