- The collection which dates from 1989 - 1993 and measures .06 linear feet, documents the Servings Spoons program of Greater Southeast Community Hospital in Washington, DC. A clinically based, volunteer feeding program, Servings Spoons was developed to provide volunteer assistance in feeding the frail elderly to help them avoid tube feeding. The collection is comprised of newsletters, case study, and a presentation package.
