This round pinback button advocating for environmental justice features a faint color photograph of children in an outdoor playground. The message is promoted by the National Black Environmental Justice Network, who since 1999 has been fighting to end racially discriminatory environmental decision-making.
The button is among more than 200 collected by Washington, DC-based environmental justice advocate Vernice Miller-Travis.
