- This round pinback button promoted the Dukakis-Bentsen presidential ticket. The pin features blue lettering on a red, white, and blue background showing a portion of a waving American flag. Michael Dukakis and Lloyd Bentsen run as the Democratic Party nominees in the 1988 presidential election.
